Yes, Will came out cute, but norrington has his character with him even here^.^;. Anyway, is this site going to have rankings? Um can you crit the coloring or pic itself it is roast me and no one has really commented on anyones's piece- the site has been pretty dead.

I'm pretty sure the site is going to have a ranking system to help with the drop in comments. A crit? I don't crit mostly cause I don't know what to crit on most of the time and sometimes people get offended so if they ask personally that's usually the only time I do it. Since you asked personally I'll see what I can do Well the pic itself is well drawn and I don't see anything wrong with the anatomy. Colors could use a bit of work though. You're using photoshop right? Don't worry that program is hard to get used to at first. Do you use the dodge or burn tools? Those only work real well if you can use them correctly but most of the time they come out really saturated and shiny looking (example:http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/43928925/?qo=46&q=by%3Awarrior-oji&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps) Don't get me wrong this artist has some really nice looking pics just sometimes she goes overboard with the dodge tool. So I suggest to use white or a lighter color to highlight with instead of dodge or burn. It's all preference really. Just thought I'd throw in some tips

Thank you and please if you see my art crit it . Well the doge thing i did on perpous i wanted something bright and wanted to see what it would look like colored in a diff style than that of my own. I was going for Shinny since the movie senes were so bright with sunligh- thing is i was going to have a sunligh kind of back ground to pull it together- but got lazy. What would be the correct way to use thouse tool in your opinion? And is there anythig else you see or tips- i dont think i really went overboard...?

Oh no I didn't mean you went overboard with it. I just meant sometimes using dodge can make something look overly bright and lose it's appeal. I just used that link as an example of too much dodge and to keep an eye on how much you use it. I used to use dodge waaaay to much and it would ruin a pretty decent line art pic into a shiny mess. You didn't use to much here I was just giving a heads up is all ^^. I see what you mean about the sun lighting and it makes sense now that you'd use that tool. well in my opinion I think dodge is good to use if you're coloring metal or glass or anything that's meant to shine. It just all depends on how experienced you are with it and like I said it's really all just personal preference.

thank you ^.^; um can you help me with this, i am trying to post something and i don't know if it exceeds the pg-13 rating. What in your oppinion is the highest maturity content acceptible?

Erm... wow, it's an honor to be asked FOR help...

I think if it's a person, as long you can't see their private areas (exposed breats or lower privates) it's PG-13. Anything past a few little scrapes and bruises would probably exceed PG-13. Other than that, I'm not sure anything else is above PG-13. Watch any, y'know, sexual behavior too, tho, just to be safe.

I love Jack so much that for months after even glancing at a picture of him I'll develop a drunken swagger. (so says my bff) Jack is one of those characters that only gets better every time you look at or doodle him. so don't think so bleakly. you've got some serious talent, the only thing keeping you from seeing that is your own standards. (which aren't bad in moderation )
