Planet X: Lizmo

I've been finishing up on my final character designs for Terror on Planet X my Pulp Sci-Fi book that me and the b-friend have been working on for the past...er...two years. Hey, we've been busy.

So this is the psuedo heroine. Her name is not really mentioned in the book (unless that's changed since my last look over the script), but we've been calling her "Lizmo" because she's very much like Gizmo from Gremlins in that she's all cute one minute and evil devil creeture the next.

I'm actually going to be coloring the book on the computer, as I want the halftones look that you see in old printing, but I opted to do the character sketches in marker, because I love marker ;P

She's certainly come a long way. I wanted her to have the cute lovability of a mammal, but maintain the coldness of a reptile. She feels just right for her character now. Though, you should see the amount of versions she went through, oi.
