Another part of the last WIP I uploaded (I'll take both of them down once I have the final up, just wanted to get crits on them separately if I could)
Her hand looks really strange out there without Den in the picture, but she has it held out like she's stopping him from going forwards. Both of her hands really need work, and I probably need to change her back wing, but otherwise I actually like how she came out. Her hair was fun to try and get right, I probably have ten different trys at it sitting in my sketchbook ^^
And I finally figured out how to do eyes a bit better when going off of an angle! Usually they look horrible when I try it, now they look a bit less than horrible XD

Maybe you could make them seem less pointed at the ends, a little more rounded or curved/tapered like a real butterflies. Her arms seem a bit long, the hands look like they would hit her leg down at her knees, when they should hit at the upper thighs. Her outfit looks like it would flow very nicely when she takes off in flight. Nice work, thanks for sharing it with us. |
