YES YOU GUYS, I GAVE INUYASHA A DOG DEMON FORM! This is another pic from the fic that im writing. Inuyasha gains ability to turn into a full form dog youkai. When I designed his dog form, I tryed to make it different from Sesshie's and I gave him a distinctive trait, just so we know that its Inu. *check the hair by his ears* lol. COMMENT PLEASE!!!!!

arkillian (Reply)Total Posts: 3139Nov 19, 2005 4:08 amThe effect of coming towards you would be more effective if they gradually got larger, or the turned in a fashion. The effect of large amounts of the body over lapping gives a 'coming towards you' effect, like this DBZ pic here http://twosoomth4u.tripod.com/images/DBZ.jpg This works cause it is easy to tell that Vegeta is in the front, then Gokou, then Piccolo in the BG. In your picture, it's obvious that normal Inuyasha and demonic form are on different planes, but the dog form is set seperatly, and is smaller. The patern is usually biggest to smallest from the first character backwards. George Perez said is best in the Wizard 'How to draw' book (buy it- its an actually GOOD how to draw book!!) with "Try not to have characters butting elbows with eachother, since that may fool the reader into thinking that they are standing side by side rather than on different planes of depth. Overlapping definetly solves the problem of who's in front" Errr... damn, he just summed up my whole speech there... ^^; Maybe I should delete mey crap description ^^; --- |
