well..i'm getting my glasses today... for some strange reason i woke up at five thismorning all parranoid about it..humm... so i decided to do something while i was up, i did the dishes, mad break fast and drew a picture... here's the picture,lol.  yeah, totally no point in me me tell you all this, but oh well.. [emoticon]

 

EDIT: i'm not getting glassestoday after all!!!! lol, anyways, i changed the expression on this pic, hope it looks better now~ [emoticon]

Nice drawing. I like the brown tones. I'm really into that color scheme.

The facial features placement and porportions need a little work but keep at it.

It's the combination of the eyes, the nose, and the mouth. But I think it may be mostly the eyes.

Hon- you are talking to the senior glasses wearer here. I had glasses when I started school- at 5. Those horrible ones that wrap RIGHT AROUND your ears rather than sit comfortably on the ear. I distinctivly remember those things driving me nuts. Right now, I am wearing some seriously cool Joop! glasses, and have Ralph Lauren sunnys for driving. It's no biggy eh? Glasses look alright on people if you have confidence in yourself. What is not cool is not being able to see.

Actually- you're really lucky. When I was 5, noone had glasses and it was freaky. When my Dad got glasses, the word was 4 eyes, and that burned back then. Now days, its like saying that the person wears glasses- no biggy at ALL. It's all good [emoticon]

Sorry- I just did a HUGE comment and not say anything about the pic!! XD I'm such a loser! I really like the colour usage here- everything fits well together, and all. A more saturated would be more suitable for her happy personality, but neutral is a great second [emoticon]

hehe, ok thax for the wise words of comfort,lol. i've had like three eye apointments cancelled in the last two months, and after a while it starts getting to you,lol. when i think about it, it's not all that bad.. but my childish sub-consience is saying the total oposit,lol.
i'll give the color thing a shot later.. it makes sense,lol. ^^

Poor thing. Feel for you there. I've had the works with my eyes. I'm currently a -8 in my best eye, and they're still getting worse [emoticon] Went to a differnt opto to adjust my sunnies once and he overheated the lens making it get crazy cracks. Took me months to get compensation from them so MY optometrist could fix their bullsup cause I refused to let them touch my glasses again. I get weird colour seperation now if I look sideways too. The worlds worst is if I get slightly tired, my vision blurs completly.

Ah- look at me ranting like an old nana!! Ignore me [emoticon] I'm harmless till you give me something to say! XD

I also have this mean twitch in my left knee sometimes that jumps about 20 times when I'm doing invoices. I reckon its my bordom meter XD
