Gaer'yt WIP

Thank you! I will be attempting to put a lot of fine details on this one.

My greatful thanks for the wonderful comment. I'll try to keep those details going but there are times when my patience is tested.

Yeah, My patience dies after like 5 minutes. You could always put it down, work on a chibi or something simple and then come back when you think your ready. That's what I do, or just go watch TV and say "f it.".

Now there's a wonderful idea but unfortunately i'm one of those people who just can't start a new drawing until the current one is done. Oh well.

Thanks Robin, for your infinite patience. I am kinda going overboard with the details on this but I think it'll be worth it.

Also thanks for the info. I think he's going to look great with the dark hair. I was realy hoping he had dark hair. I bet your brother's saying it's about darn time!!!

Unfortunately, Eric's not working on this game anymore... He and the guy he was working on it with sort of... fell out of touch, shall we say. I thought I would still work on developing the world, nonetheless. If nothing else, it would make for a swell D&D campaign...

I love details. You should know that by now. Your end result will be rich to see, I'm sure. Don't give yourself blisters, luv. *hugs*

Oh what a bummer. I guess I just took too long. I sincerely apologize for the long wait. I'll try to make it up by putting as much details as I possibly can.

Nay, you did not, ducky. DOn't fret over it. It was an awkward family affair, and they just... well, they aren't really friends anymore, so the game isn't to be. That's ok. I'm still making the world, slowly but surely. I'll still be able to use Gaer'yt, so no worries, righto?

Cool! I shall double my efforts then and try to come up with something realy creative.

Like I said, though - don't tire yourself out, ok? The kids need their daddy to be awake and alert for when they find that nefarious pencil!

Oh! Believe me when I say that my drawing tools are now far from their little reach.

Thank you, but I must confess that those little tweaks are the result of my indecisiveness and constant design corrections.

Thank you though for the lovely comment, it makes me feel like i'm going in the right direction with it.

I wouldn't put too much thought into it. I find that my patience is tested more than not these days when it comes to my details. I seem to be becoming very impatient as I get older.

As for the completion date? I'm not sure yet. I keep thinking up of more and more things to put into the pic everytime I sit at my art table.

I certainly hope that's not the case for everyone, because I'm pretty impatient as it is! Eek!

As for the completion date, I can certainly wait. I know that it'll be great no matter how long it takes for you to finish!

Thank you kindly for the compliments on my drawings and especialy for the respect on my art. For some reason I feel humbled, but in a good way.

You know after reading your comment about Lady justice I just can't stop seeing her everytime I look at this now. This is a good thing though as i've always thought of her as beautiful in a very classical and statuesque way.
Also i'm glad you like the different stages/changes i've made along the way. The first version was also my favorite but the later ones slowly grew on me until I ended up with the one you see now in my latest WIP. The choice was not mine but the friend I am drawing this for and believe me once you've seen her art you'll know why I hold her suggestions/critiques in such high regard.

Yes, Minimaid's art is quite spectacular. I think I have a long way to go before I'll be as good as any of you. Anyhow, I'll be looking forward to see the finished piece, and I'm sure it'll look great just like the rest of your art. Keep it up!
