The more you throw down on paper, the more likely you find the inspiration for the picture you will finish. You can always come back to these ones anyways, right? WIP is beter than nothing at all ^^

I found changing my art style or how I get the picture done a great way to spark again [emoticon] Getting stuck in a rutt in draw is really uncreative. Try something new that excites you ^^

Yeah, I understand what you are saying. If you see my artwork you will see that my style is constantly evolveing. I get bored too easy. I found a book called 'The Artist Way' helps allot but I don't keep up with the exercises.
Right now I'm into coloring. Its not my work but, Its fun!!!

Hear you- If I get time, colouring is fun. I'm not too great at it yet, but its a great change from pencils or paints only [emoticon] What's the Artist's way about?

The Artist Way. Its a self help book for artist with Artist Block. Its a serries of exercises that help get rid of it. Things like writing a daily journal when you wake up first thing in the morning and like going out somewhere just by yourself.

Very very cool; love the way you've used linework on the jacket, fantastic job of portraying texture and whatnot. I'd love to see you go all the way on this one, though; you could do a lot with the hair, I think, if you continued inking in the style you've got right now for it. Also, I absolutely LOVE the use of the dripping rose; great way to bring out the mood of the sketch.
My only other suggestion would be to see if you can add a little bit more definition, or detail, to the collarbone/neck area.

Overall though, I think this is awesome so far!
