This has a deco or period look to it and I can see how you wanted to depict movement here. Chopping off her hands and feet give this an unfinished look and is a composition no-no. Her hair looks too stiff and should flow more as her dress does, her torso seems just a little too long. Keep trying, thanks for sharing.
