Critiques for "Dreamer's Disease"

I like your use of color and the overall composition. What mediums did you use for this? It kind of looks like vector.

I used Photoshop -- mostly the regular brush for the horse, and the pen tool for the background. So for the background, I guess it was created in a similar way to vectors (as far as I know about them, at least).
