Yeah, her proportions are off. Her torso seems overly long and her feet seem too large. I like the color combo you used, the the geometric graphic looking background is nice. Thanks for sharing.

I think your biggest problem with the anatomy is that she appears to be missing her right shoulder. And a ribcage. I hear those are sometimes useful : )
I think the general composition is good, and the colour scheme itself works, but that they way you have the colour arranged can be off-putting. Because she is so pale, and her hair is so light, she tends to blend in to the background. The city and the wording stands out more than anything, and it makes her look washed out. With the way you have it now, my suggestion would be to darken the gray in the background. That'd bring her to the front, and generally tie the whole thing together.
