Critiques for "Allison - Mellie -Terry [wip]"

This looks great. I'm not the type for realism but hell I thought this was worthy! I believe the girl (on the left) has a very flat face though. (Allison) The eyes are done really well and good job on the hair. Keep it up.

Nice pic sis! But I think the shading around their noses is supposed to be lighter. And I know it's a WIP. They, I mean you look a bit cramped to me.
