Tendonitis

My doctor says I have tendinitis.  Looks like all this computer use is finally catching up to me.  I'm trying to rest my arm as much as I can.  In fact, I'm using Dragon NaturallySpeaking to dictate this blog post.

I think my arm is screwed up from using the mouse and from painting digitally.  I use the keyboard when I can for keyboard shortcuts and that helps a lot.  But when I'm doing web design or programming I need to use the mouse a lot to navigate through my code.  This seems to be when my arm pain is at its worst.  By the way, I'm using an ergonomic mouse called a vertical mouse.  It helps, but it's not helping enough.

Hey this Dragon NaturallySpeaking seems to be doing very well so far.  I think it's lower using Dragon NaturallySpeaking so far as opposed to typing.  But maybe I just need to get used to it.

But Dragon NaturallySpeaking is not going to help me to navigate my code.  I guess I'll have to get used to more keyboard shortcuts.
