Death to the Sketchbooks

This needs an explanation:

At the end of around my 7th or 8th sketchbook, I decided to kill it, so on the last few pages, I sketched out it's death.

It's become a tradition with each new sketchbook, and in recent additions, I've added an introduction in the beginning, too.

These are the various and usually humorous ways, that I kill off my sketchbooks.
