don't every girl dreams about it. my sister is getting married and she was going to have my grandfather perform the whole thing in his living room. but 'he' wanted a wedding. so it not just girls. it's guys too that want a big moment.
then she was going to go back to work the next day but he was like 'no. no.no. can't do that!' now they are going to floida. so it's not always the girls. remember that.

This is ok. You had a bad experiance. It can be hard. People get stressed, but the bride and groom had a memorable experiance, and that's what counts. Post apokolyptic scars heal over time ^^ Or maybe I'm just too positive XD

Arkilian positive thinking is always the most powerful way of thinking. There is nothing wrong with being positive all the time. :3 I say don't stop being positive, it's you, and it's good. Naturally. So don't stop :3
Anyways yesh, people have differnet veiws, we can't change them if we don't like them, we can only complain. No one can change anyone, only themselves.
That was slightly off topic of me but I have not much more to say about marriages.. except maybe.. I wanna design my own dress! I am NOT going to wear a dress if I can't wear THE DRESS I want.. one with.. WINGS! WINNGS! Must must must have wings! I know I'll be the weirdest bride ever (to everyone else) but I won't care! I must have wings! If no wings then I'm going in a white tshirt and white shorts!

I have'nt seen either of those characters you two are taling about.. XDD
Well I'm getting better at clothes design but I'm not super duper confident about it yet. When I design clothes I put my own 'thing' into them. One example is my latest pic of my char ensuphuroth. I'm not sure if my style is what you'd like BUT...... I neeeeed money XD; .......

Ah well for me... and this is my credo for everything in this life. Let the people around me do what they want, it's their life, not mine. I have a lot of different people in my family, some had big, huge wegging, other small things, some no wedding at all. It's the person choise. Why should we judge what another human being wishes to do?
As for me...I dont believe in Wedding. My man is not even baptised so if i was the type of girl dreaming of the big white dress in the church of God, i'd have a problem. But no, when i was young, of course, i dreamt about the big thing but as i was growing up i realized that for me, there was no meaning behind it. No meaning behind the big ceremony with the priest and all. I can get married when i want, where i want with my man (with his `yes` of course, i'm not a fascist). It doesn't matther if our priest will be a tree or the stars. I think that it's in our hearts. I love my man ans he loves me back. If i check in my diary and highlight everything i wished in my future `soulmate`...he is it. We love each other and no ring, white dress, will ever have any importance between us. We did had a talk once of doing a handfasting when we'll go in Scotland...but it's gonna be between us in front of a celtic cross with nature as our `church`.... Sigh, i love my man. He came up with this idea...
