Writing Submission changes, Site in ROM over weekend

Greetings fellow demons. At the request of site members, the text editor has been re-added to the writing submission process. Some members have been experiencing problems with uploading their word files and html files. So we've readded the FCK editor there so that the copy+paste option can be used instead of uploading. We still recommend the use of the Word upload however but go ahead and experiment with the text editor and see how well it works for you. Also, it will ask you whether your writing submission is for PD or RC when you start because it needs to know what styles to use for the text editor. I'm sorry about this extra jenky step but perhaps its for the best. We have a lot of members who mistakenly submit to one side or the other.

Also, please be aware that the site may be in Read Only Mode for part of this weekend. I'll need to do some optimization to the artwork system. The site will still be open for browsing during this time. Once this is complete, the site should speed up significantly. If you have any submissions, you may want to submit them now before the weekend comes. I will put a notice 15-30 minutes before the site goes in ROM mode so that you have some warning. It may be in ROM for anywhere from 4 to 24 hours. I have no idea how long it will take because I'm not quite sure what I'm doing

The site rules were also recently updated to ban Scat, Necrophilia, and Bestiality.

I'm sorry if you had problems submitting anything (art, writing, forum posts, PMs) in the last 10 hours. I did a code update that broke all html inputs. It is now fixed (hopefully).

I had to do some fiddling with uploading from Word, as each site I've been on seems to accept a different format of word, haha, but I made it work.

I'm glad to know the copy/paste option is available, though, as a backup.

YAY! I was one of the people having problems with putting up my writing. It's awesome to have the simple copy/paste method there. Thanks for making it easier for me and other people who are totally crap with technology.

Thanks!  I was having a few problems editing existing stories.  This solved everything!
