Question on Posting Works...

Hi, I'm new here, and I am not completely sure I understand the rules on posting 'art'. If we make celeb blends, from pictures we find on websites.. Such as "celebrityname.com" etc... are we allowed to post these on this site? As long as the blend is ours, and we link to where we got the pictures used for the blends?
Sorry if this has been asked before, and sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Arkillian's right. We do not allow photography or photomanipulation in the art gallery. However, you may submit the image to your Image Folio. Click Members Area Menu > Submit > New Photo.
