Fanime 2008

Anyone attending FanimeCon this year? It's only a month away!

I'll be there along with some stars from Zarbon's Masterpiece Theater; Michael Toews (voice of Vegeta, Piccolo, and Shenlong) and Jason Barbour (Nappa and Puar).

We wont have a booth or anything but we'll be wondering around the con. Be sure to look out for us. I'll be all decked out in my Link costume.

Are you going? Will you be cosplaying? If there's enough people attending, maybe we should have a PaperDemon meet up.

Would you forgive me if I said I was on the other side of the world? XD Otherwise, I'd so be there XD

A convetion sounds like a perfect getaway right now.  But alas....I'm too far away.  Even the closest big convetion (Dallas) is a four hour drive.  *gasp*  And Austin already had their convention in Feb.

I had so much fun. I'm starting to make plans with my friends to go to AnimeExpo in LA.

Oh wow- That looked like soooo much fun!! You even got  a Zelda!! There's a whole heap there which were great ^^ I'm so happy there was a Phoenix Wright crowd XD I'm impressed someone went as Snake- that's so cool XD NOONE can see him under a box XD The Princess Serinity costume was pretty ^^

And omg- THERE'S A CUTIE HONEY!!!!!! *glomps* *fangirls*

Oh man- there's so much awesome there... DO WANT!! *flails* Our cons never have that many cosplayers T.T

Death note is seriously a cool pychological mystery btw- read eet!! XD

I was really shocked by the number of cosplayers. i think it was at about 50% of attendies were in costume of some kind.

And I didn't even attend the Masquerade which is when all the supposedly better costumes come out.

I was disapointed though that I didn't see PikminLink. She was at the con but didn't dress up except for the Masquerade which I ended up missing. Oh well.

It looked like so much fun ^^ In Nz, we'd be lucky for a 10% cosplay rate (except for the parades) We did get some daleks though! That was so cool ^^ I only took a few photos, but heres some of mine

This is mearly a few cosplayers though- I was busy doing commissions when everyone walked past. I think I managed to squee every time the Phoenix Wright cosplayer walked past though XD Lol. I'm kinda sad he's cosplaying as older Wright for Auckland Armagedon... it feels weird throwing coffee at the older version rather than the younger one... The character I'm going as throws coffee at Phoenix Wright in his court cases ^^ Godot rocks me ^^
