Bison has kidnapped Sana Kurata and is holding her for ransom so that he'll make Misako Kurata to marry him.

Why is that? Bison and his scientists has recently discovered a rare element that living underground of the Kusatsu Hot Springs. With that element Bison can create extreme powerful weapons that will help him in his world conquest. But there's only one problem though, since he can force the owners of the Kusatsu Hot Springs Inn to give him their property then he must marry Misako in order to inherit their property.

Now it's up to Guile and his Street Fighter Team to find and rescue Sana Kurata before Misako agrees to Bison's marriage proposal.

And to make this a little more fun how about if some of the Street Fighter Team (most likely Chun Li and Cammy) are fans of Misako and Sana Kurata.
