For those not in the know, twitter is essentially a "micro blog" system. It's where you only post a sentence or two at a time and it can be done via SMS text message from your cell phone. Some people make fun of it because a lot of people update their friends with the pointless things they're doing throughout the day. "Just ate breakfast." "Can't find my pencil." "I'm out of peanut butter. omg!"
But I thought I'd join and try it out. I hope to use it mostly as a mini update feed for what I'm working on during my "project work time" but other important life changes will pop up in there too.

Deviantart is starting to get into it. I still don't get what it is. It's likely that it's America only if it's SMS though >.> I hate being not included in the cool stuff America only gets T.T The amount of free stuff I'd get... T.T

Arkillian, you don't have to use your phone to enjoy twitter. It's just a matter of convenience.
But it's nice to just do a quick little update rather than a full blog post.
How is deviantart using it? Is it integrating twitter or do they have their own similar service?

I don't twitter, but I am addicted to facebook. My phone allows me to update my status via texting.

Um... I think... I'll try adding you. I'm still catching up from the last month T.T HUGE back log of mod stuff, two journals to do, face book and twitter to update friends with, and somehow I need to do this without burning out XD *dies*
