Shifting screens?

I donno if anyone else is getting this, but sometimes the screen diamentions stretch to exceed the screen size, and shaft the picture entry stuff or what ever off the page far to the right.

See, that's the problem. The first time it happened, I was submitting a picture. The second time was editing I believe. I think it was always that first screne though... damn, I should write this stuff down so I don't forget ^^;
