Writing cleaned up and FCK editor now available for PMs

Today I did shut down the writing section to perform all of those text corrections I promised. The problem shouldn't ever happen again since the brilliant FCK editor converts all of those fancy quotes into their html safe counterparts. ![[emoticon]](http://www.paperdemon.com/images/forum/mysmilies/15pxyellow_laugh.gif)
Also, I've made the FCK editor available for private messages and improved the interface for the inbox list as well.
