Thought i'd let you know...

While reading 8-Bit theater i accidentally stumbled to this site and i was shocked/saddened by the whole thing, what i found there...

I clicked the link and ended up to cad-comic.com, where i read of the sad news.  A gamer named Mitchell (sreenname Kuja105) had posted details of his suidice in the forums of gamefag.com and metalgearsolid.org, and after a short period of disbelief, fellow forum members replied, pleading that he wouldn't take his life, trying to talk him out of it.

For several days no one heard from Mitchell, and fearing the worst members and administration from metalgearsolid.org began searching for contact information. Finally, administration got hold of Mitchell and he spent hours on the phone trying to talk Mitchell out of it.

Mitchell committed suidice and later members of the metalgearsolid contacted his parents to find out the grave news. Members then reported it to their community and posted a tribute to their passed friend.

Later news media started to broadcast false news of the happening, claiming that Mitchell broadcasted the whole suidice via webcam and that his fellow forum members thought he was joking, while he rambled in the cam for 6 hours and disappearing from the view several times.

Mitchell didn't broadcast himself, No forum member thought he was joking and there wasn't no rambling for 6 hours.

Wow.... I read the news post on gaming horizon and the follow up (updated) article... I can't believe something like that would happen. I really feel bad for the parents and family of Mitchell. I also feel bad for the site owners of metalgearsolid.org. The weird thing is metalgearsolid.org is hosted by bluehost. I know that hosting service and use them because I work on a site highfivecomics.com which is hosted by bluehost. I also have a friend that hosts with them too. Wow. This whole thing is really sad.
