Well this one isn't too complicated but right off hand its the only one I can think of.
You're driving a bus that is leaving on a trip from Pennsylvania and ending in New York. To start off with, there were 32 passengers on the bus. At the next bus stop, 11 people get off and 9 people get on. At the next bus stop, 2 people get off and 2 people get on. At the next bus stop, 12 people get on and 16 people get off. At the next bus stop, 5 people get on and 3 people get off.
Question: What color are the bus driver's eyes?

Wait I remember another version of this brain teaser in which the question was "how many stops did the bus driver make" so the person ends up doing all of that math trying to keep track of how many people are on the bus only to find out they are keeping track of the wrong thing. Of course it doesnt work in a text forum because you can just re-read the question. haha

This one works better when told orally. It's too easy to re-read the question when it is written down and that gives it away. Good one tho.

A horse is tied to a 15 ft. rope and there is a bail of hay 25 ft. away from him. Yet the horse is able to eat from the bail of hay. How is this possible?
