Well, I live in South Africa and I can speak two languages: English and Afrikaans.
I think there is 13 or 12 official language here, among them are Zulu and Xhosa.

I'm another American and I am a grammar natzee. If nobody has come across that term before, that means that I am a walking dictionary and I can't stand people who type like this: 'omg, leik did u see wat she wrote?' or something like that. If your native language isn't English, then you're exempt from my rabid grammer stuffs. My natural language is English, of course, but I know Spanish to some extent... I took a Spanish four test (it was mislabeled as Spanish one) and I did really good, but I can only handle that stuff in reading, not spoken word.
It's really awesome to hear where other people are from. ^^

You do fine, Arkillian, I wouldn't get after you. So far, it's really people who use chatspeak that get my goat. As long as you try to spell and stuff, that's the best you can do and I'm okay with it. ^^;;;

I'm American and I live in Nevada. I speak english fluently and I know some odd words of Tagolog ( filipino language...I probably spelled it wrong) but I don't speak it well enough to understand a sentence though. I'm half filipino and half american I have some french and probably some other pacific island blood in me too. Whew what a crazy mix right lol

On AIM often Jilly? Or is e-mail better? I'm not only translating, but making into interesting english- the guys English isn't 100% yet, and he gets alot of words wrong ^^

hehehe...so seems like different people from different counties but still see how lots of common we have..lol
well i come from east europe..Latvia..little little country near the baltic sea..
i speak latvian...ofcourse..then since i was little i was tought russian so i can speak fluently russian as well..hmm..english i consider my 2nd language..as i have been studying is a school where english is very very important...then 3 years i leaned french..khem khem...;"je voudre aller au cinema"thats as much as i can say..lol...never really payed much attention in classes...and i know little german as i watched dbz and other anime from one german channel...but all i can say is something that those guys say on that show...thought i somehow think that german is little bit similar to english...so i might understand what somebody says but cant replay back..lol...
