Aww, I feel so loved. [emoticon] You guys are the greatest. And I love every one of you just as much. [emoticon] Okay... update...
Well this morning I went in to the hospital and had to have a special kind of Scan done on my liver and gall bladder and stuff. They had to inject some kind of dye into my veins so my guts would show up and then take pictures for like an hour. Then they gave me some other kind of medicine that makes the gall bladder squeeze the dye back out. I WANTED TO DIE!!! (No pun intended.) I was crying and everything because it hurt so bad. [emoticon] I seriously do NOT recommend going through that test guys if you can avoid it. it is really painful. >_< Or I could just be a big baby too. [emoticon]   Anyways, I should hear from my doctor in the next day or two after he gets those results back and then hopefully (keeps fingers crossed) I can get the dang thing taken out. But anyways, as soon as I know anything else, I'll let you guys know. I love you all. And thank you so much for all your love and support you are giving me. It really means alot to me. And now I am going to go rest. I feel so sick to my stomach. [emoticon] Just thought I'd mention that. >_<

Aww sweetie that sounds really painful. I wouldn't want to be in your place *shudders*. I hate hospitals, I used to work in one. [emoticon]  I'm so worried about you. I hope your surgery goes well and it will be as painless as possible. Just don't push yourself and get some rest. I wish I could be there with you to keep you company. [emoticon]   Again, I hope it all goes well and you'll be back here soon. *big hug*

And my final update. I got the results of my test back a bit ago and it turns out that my gall bladder is infected, but there is no disease in it. Which is a total plus. So it is up to me when I want to get it taken out. So I have a decision to make. Whether I want it taken out sooner or later. Sooner would be better because I would be out of pain but, later also has its advantages because I have kids to take care of. So... looks like the final say rests in my hands. But I am actually starting to feel so much better now and it is because of the constant love and support all of you have given me. I don't know what I'd do without you guys. And I will definitely let you guys know when I decide I want my surgery done.  I truly love you all. *HUGS!!!*

Oh I'm glad to hear that it isn't anything terribly serious and that you are feeling a little better about it. It must be a big releif to get those results back. Take some time to think it over.
Much love! [emoticon]

Oh my goodness!  I am so sorry you had to go though all that, the test sounds very excruciating [emoticon]   I am very glad there was no disease, so now you can schedule a surgery time that is convenient.

I have a little funny story that this whole thing about surgery reminded me of.  A couple of months ago my aunt had to have surgery and my mom flew up to her house to take care of her.  Apparently after the surgery when she was waking up they had her in this room with other people recovering.  However, some of the people they had there for surgery happened to be state prisoners and there were police officers standing all around the beds.  She was still under the anesthetic and did not notice her gown had fell below her chest, and the nurse came and started yelling at her "Cover up! You have to cover up!" (what a mean nurse, she just had surgery for goodness sakes! hello??)

Anyway, when my mom got her home from the hospital my aunt went to take a shower.  While my aunt was in the shower my mom was trying to make a fire in the fireplace, and either the flue was not open or there was something blocking it because the whole house began to fill with smoke.  My mom was panicking because she did not want my aunt to know and didn't want the fire department to come.  Then the fire alarms went off and my aunt came running out of the bathroom in her robe.  They then thought they heard sirens, and my aunt ran off to her room.  My mom asked where she was going and she said "I'm going to get dressed! I'm not going to let another man in uniform see my boob!" [emoticon]

The fire dept. ended up not coming, but I just thought this whole thing was pretty funny.  Here my poor aunt just had surgery and my mom is supposed to take care of her, and ends up making her think the house is burning down.  I bought my mom a fire extinguisher as part of her birthday present after this incident, haha.

Anyway, I am sorry that test was so painful Kristy.  I really hope when you have the surgery it won't be as bad, and that you will be out of pain soon.  Keep us posted! All my prayers and best wishes to you. [emoticon]

Oh Lady!  Those tests are awful!!  I get to deal with stuff like that at work a lot and I feel for you.  They aren't fun for anybody!  Did you have to drink the nasty dye or did they just inject you?

Be careful with your gall bladder, those things can be mighty mean and painful.  I'm sure you'll make the decision that is best for you!  I will definately keep you in my thoughts and please continue to keep us updated!

EBS... I feel so sorry for your poor Aunt. Though I must admit that I am guilty of laughing. >_< I am a cruel person. But that sounds just like how things would end up at my house with my mom and sister. Only they probably WOULD end up catching my house on fire. [emoticon] Just kidding guys. You know I love you. [emoticon]
And emmet, they had yo inject it into me through that little butterfly type IV thing. I am sure you know which one I am talking about. That alone is uncomfortable because it is right in the bend of your arm so you can't really move too much. But yes, that dang test was really painful. And isn't it fnny how one tiny little organ can cause so much pain? [emoticon]   But I will talk to my doctor next week about what he thinks the best option would be surgery wise. I will definitely let you guys know. But for now I am feeling pretty good. [emoticon]

Oh Lady,  I know exactly what you're talking about.  I've, thankfully, never had to go through it personally, but I have lots of work experience there.  That dye (or contrast as I know it to be called) is extremely costic to your veins, so I imagine it hurt like the dickens!  [emoticon]  Plus, I hate needles in that area.  It kind of bugs me that they put it there for you.  There are other places for it, but maybe you are a hard IV stick?  The place where they put it is called the antecubital space and it is extrememly popular but troublesome simply because most people have "good" veins there, but yeah, it hurts and if you bend your arm it kinks the IV so that it can't work.  I personally hate IV's there and see it as an emergency only or last option place, but not everyone does.  Iv's just suck.  They hurt...yeah I've been through enough of those as a practice pin cushion. [emoticon]

Please let me know if there's anything I can do.  I don't know if I can do anything, but I can provide info if you need it.  I'm so glad that you are feeling better.  Maybe the infection will resolve on its own and you can keep your gall bladder for awhile longer...then again maybe you'd like to get rid of the little devil?  I hope you keep feeling better and better!

Good luck with that.  Hmm... I do wonder though, is having two surgeries very close to each other a good idea?  Anyway, I hope things turn out alright.

Oh I'm glad to hear it's only an infection and not a disease but I'm sure that doesn't make it any less painful [emoticon] It's good to hear that you get to choose when you get the surgery so you can plan a a schedule around it or something. And I've dealt with tests like that before. I caught pnemonia (one of my lungs had collasped...not fun [emoticon] ) a while back and they had to inject me with dye to see my lungs and oh man did it burn so much. But I wish you luck with getting through all this I'm sure you'll come out fine and completely healthy! [emoticon] [emoticon]
