Anyone know about that Oekaki software?

I'm wondering if anyone knows about the technicalities of the Oekaki forum boards thing, specifically the software for painting the picture. If anyone knows how to get that program by itself (without the whole Oekaki board) let me know. Perhaps I can integrate that software into the PD forums? or perhaps into the comments for premium members so that they can do critiques with Oekaki.
