There is currently no limit to how many artworks you can post. We have abolished the 3 arts per day limit. The front page of the site only shows one new artwork per section, per artist. So one Finished work, one WIP, and one sketchbook entry. It is programed this way in order to keep one person from hogging the front page of the site but also allows for someone to upload a bunch of artwork (like if they are moving their gallery from another site to PD).

If you view the Newest artwork page by going to Art Gallery and clicking newest artwork on the left, it does not limit to showing one artwork per person. Same goes for if you click the "more" button on the front page.

I may be completely redesigning the front page of the site soon so that it will show a whole bunch of mini thumbnails and when you move your mouse over the minithumbnail, you'll see a big thumbnail appear to the side. That way the front page will be able to hold more newest artwork. With this change, I may take off the restriction of only showing one artwork per person per section.

Cool, I guess I should have just e-mailed you to ask instead of posting on the forum!  Ah- one more question if I may- how big exactly is a 2 MB pic? is that like 8x10 or does it have to do with color more than size- just for future reference, because the one pic I tried to post wouldn't at first because they said it was larer than 2 MB and I went and saved it again the same way except i changed it to be low resolution or something forsmaller files even though the pic itself is kinda large.

The size of the image depends on a lot of things. Too many things to explain. But for this website, you should resize your images to 72 dpi at a maximum of 700 pixels by 700 pixels. That should be well under 2 MBs.

It's actualyl good that you posted in the forum. There might be other people who were wondering the same thing as you.
