Need Some Help

Hey everyone,

I've got a question for the guitar enthusiasts out there.

I'm looking to sell my used Fender Stratocaster, and am not able to find much information on what I could sell it for. I've looked around, and new ones the same type and style as mine are going for about $350-400 dollars, but mine's getting old. It's in fair condition I'd say, but not great.

I'd like to have an idea of what I'll take for it before I walk into a pawn shop and say "What will you give me for it?", you know?

Like I said before, it's a Fender Stratocaster (Mexican strat), with a Tobacco sunburst design. It's a six string electric guitar. I wish I knew the name of the wood the neck is made of, alas, I don't I know it's not rosewood though. I've also got a Fender amp I'd like to sell with it, but I can't give you details about it unless I'm looking right at it.

Any help with this would be so very appreciated, as the selling of this guitar is going to be the deposit for my new kitten! Yay! Really guys, thanks for helping if you can!
