My Favorite Drawing... Anihalated

Well... my mother spilt coffee on my link drawing... It was finally finished, and she ruined it!!! I cant believe it. I was going to post it because i finally finished it up. grrr...... check out my link drawing in the zelda gallery.. "Link" uncolored, and imagine it with a nice brown splotch over it.

Bah, that freaking sucks! Well if your lucky and if the spill isn't so bad, you can try to recolor it over and fill in the backround to hide the mess. I knew someone who can actually finish messed-up drawings by throwing in some color or ink to cover the spill.

The thing is this- HIDE your drawings! Yes, you heard what I said! The majority of people just don't care about art, and are careless...so hide it whenever you can!  Tabletops are the worst thing to have art on. Spill! Spill! >_____<

You dont understand.... it looked much better on paper.... it just didn't seem to look right, penciled out is better looking and can be changed if I noticed a last minute flaw.

Retrace it. You may be able to touch up what you did wrong or what ever the first time. That usually happens to me when I do it. Find a window on a sunny day. It'll take you 5-10 minutes

Be happy cause you can fix this- one of my friends on DA just lost 4 years of art when her car was stolen. THAT sucks

Geez!! I hope your friend can get her car back! I've never had that much art stolen but one time stole my backpack that had a few weeks worth of art in it. I left it on the sink when I went to the bathroom and in that time someone nabbed it. @_@

I KNOW! She was totally heart broken!! If it was me, it would be the equivelent of loosing a brother or something!! She's got bountys to get it back, but who's going to own up after stealing her car? Atleast she's still got the scans I guess

Aaaw..that sucks >_< My parents used to do that to me all the time..untill I started hiding my artwork that is.

Try printing it out then re-ink over it. You may never know, it can look better! xD

arkillian, that really sucks!  If that happened to me, I wouldn't be able to get over that in years! Thinking about what happened to your friend gets me furious too, since I have a friend and her car was also stolen. At the time she was LIVING in her car too, so basically she lost everything she had Why do people bother?

it's big to me because I haven't drawn anything worth presenting since january of 2004... I mean yeah i still have the scan but i did it in pencil... pardon me for this. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG YEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLL SSSSSSSCCCCCCCCCRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAM!!!
