Help! I need some moderators!

I'm looking for a couple people to be forum moderators on PaperDemonMedia.com. There are a lot of young people there who don't understand proper netiquette and flames have been going on there. I need help keeping the peace.
If you are web savy enough to handle forum moderating (it works just like any other forum), have the time, and are a fan of ZMT you may be eligable for being a moderator.
If you are interested, please inquire via replying to this forum post or sending me a PM.
I'm looking for both Jr Mods and Senior Mods. I'll probably start people off as Jr. Mods if you don't have forum modding experience. Please let me know which forums you are interested in moderating.

Ok i've got TheTrainer from the shenlong eps to be a mod. I think for now i've got enough mods but i may need more later if the site grows more.

Well you could become interested in ZMT lol.
Anyway based on the level of badness happening on PDM i'd like to say that i only want people that have experience right now because those without much experience might be too afraid to put their foot down. I need tough mods. Right now though I've got enough. But I may need more in a couple months.

Haha ZMT kicks butt!! I really wanna watch more eps of it but dial up takes forever to load a normal page... i daresn't think how long it'd take for a movie clip thingy...
If theres any help needed I could give it a shot, I am and have been a mod on different forums over the past 2 years or so... I should hopefully be getting broadband back in the not too distant future... so yeah... *shuts up and walks away from my random ramblings*

yeah on dialup it will probably take one to two hours to load a movie. that sucks.
i've already got one mod on the force that doesn't know dbz and zmt and i'd prefer if almost all were. Most of what the members talk about is dbz and zmt stuff. They can't shut up about dbz dbz dbz! haha.
