Sesshoumaru's eyes snapped open at the barely audible 'click' of the shoji screen and, without a sound, was in a crouching position and waiting for the intruder to announce himself. His uninvited guest made no further movements, but his scent slowly filled the room and Sesshoumaru's head reeled with the heady aroma.
Naraku.
Growling, Sesshoumaru leaned forward and cracked his knuckles as the dark hanyou advanced further into his bedchamber. Sesshoumaru's eyes were well-adjusted to the dark, and he saw Naraku's sinuous form on his hands and knees, and completely nude.
"You dare to enter my private chambers!" Sesshoumaru snarled, incredulous at the hanyou's audacity.
Naraku remained unfazed and continued his slow advance. Sesshoumaru could see the hanyou's lips as they curled into a darkly seductive smile and felt a surge of righteous anger. With a flick of his claws, his Dokkasou sparked and crackled with energy and an eerie green light filled the room. Naraku was so close he could taste him.
"How presumptuous of you, Naraku. To think that you would be able to buy my favour with your filthy body," he purred, his silky baritone betraying his interest in the hanyou's offer. Realizing this too late, he growled again and lifted the hanyou's chin with his sparking claw. "It is a shame that you will not live to hear my reply."
"Ah, indeed that is a shame, my dear Sesshoumaru," Naraku replied slowly, leaning his body forward enticingly and pressing the youkai's poison claw deeper into the flesh of his neck. "I could bring you so much pleasure. The things that I would do to you, you could hardly imagine." His red eyes flickered green with the flame of Sesshoumaru's Dokkasou, and he smiled.
Sesshoumaru never had a chance.

This was a drawing that I did in 2005, and I coloured it for the InsaneJournal community, Kinkfest. The prompt for this image (and the accompanying story) was:

Thank god for places like this. dA has gotten too political. I don't think they care about art anymore. But this piece is great. The tone, shadows... And your accompanying literature is awesome! I'm not a Sessh/Naraku fan, but this is fabulous ^_^
