added some darker shadings and corrected a few things.

refrence for the guy from a photo found on the web. (sorry dont have a link, just stumbled acros the photo and saved it on my com ages ago)

Nicely done. The soft look of the pencil work is appealing against the harder looking background. The leg further away is a bit hard to define from the background and the arch on the foot should be more pronounced rather than flat, I would think. I love the play of shadows on his shoulders. Thanks for sharing it with us.

This is done gorgeously. The shading is excellent, and the way you've done the sky is a fun twist.

Sorry I couldn't reply sooner - I had to leave rather suddenly there.
