This is a poem I came up with when my cousin (the one who reffered me here in the first place) told me about a story idea, which I plan to do fanart for, even though it's not published. Anyway, the series is about a woman titled, The Dollmaker (guess where got my name?) and she takes human bodies and makes them into dolls. Then she sells them to people. It's kind of like Petshop of Horrors. ^.^

A shattered heart lay by the door
Broken body on the floor
Later thrown upon a shelf
To gather dust, all by himself
Regardless of what's thought by you
When left alone, dolls cry too
Tears of glass run down his face
His innocence, so out of place
The happiness has gone away
Ne'er to see the light of day
The doll was purchased as a present
And until now, his life was pleasant
But now his only family's gone
And he has been left hurt, alone
A shattered heart lay by the door
Broken body on the floor
Later thrown upon a shelf
To gather dust all by himself
Regardless of what's thought by you
When broken-hearted, dolls cry too
