Go Crazy - Chapter 1

They say it’s never too late to do what you dream
But my dreams are far away from coming true.
I’m tired of waiting, tired of trying, nothing ever seems enough.
I stand at my wits’ end as I watch each day turning the same.

Couldn’t care less if the world would burn, so sick of it all.
Confined by an invisible wall, preventing me to reach my dream,
Or am I asking for too much? Don’t know what I want anymore,
This world seems so deprived of meaning.

Walking down the street I lose myself in the tune,
Everything becomes a senseless blur.
Sometimes it feels as though we all forget how to live,
Chasing fake dreams in a world of make believe.

Is it just me, or the world is going crazy?
I want to wake up from this monochromatic dream,
Find something true to believe.
Get up on the roof and shout.

Too much freedom, too much anarchy,
Too many possibilities I’m going lost.
Need to drown everything out of my mind,
All I want is to follow my dreams,
But sometimes I don't know what they are anymore.
