Fallen Angel - Chapter 1

My Guardian Angel has fallen.

No longer does he care

What happens to me in my life

Or how I am to fair.

Somehow I slipped out of his arms

And fell upon the ground.

Laying in my guilt and shame

This is how I’m found.

My broken heart now shattered

I cry these tears of blood

My mask and wall have fallen

Under the weight of the flood.

And with no arms around me

With no love or light

I slip into the darkest void

And know I’ve lost the fight.
