gliding effortless
shimmering, gleaming
wet
slipping through the air
   down
toward the floor

so many had slipped,
dripped effortlessly
    down
shining, bright
red
  quivering from the silver tip
drip
seemingly slow motion
as it splashes into
red shiny
   gleaming pool
ripples come and are gone
just as the life it once contained
