Just some thoughts about life, how I'd like it to be and in a way how it is. It's an old poem I dug out and rewrote. Hopefully you can relate to it as much as me. Now that I think about it, it could also describe the jewish people...

I am a little drifter, I live by day and night.
My philosophy of life is not just to survive.
I have no native country, no homeland to live in;
I pass over the world like carried by the wind.

Stopped by in different places, passed millions of faces.
My occupations many left me without a penny.
A sailor, a street cleaner, a postman or a beggar,
I could be just anyone you meet.

Sometimes on the park bench you may find me asleep.
A man of no distinction, of no significance,
I slide through time and distance and rest in no man's land.

No matter what's the daytime or season of the year,
Forever lost in wonders I'll never shed a tear.

Never a hit roots person, part of society,
I go each time a new place where inspiration takes me.
Neither do I grow moss, but change along with fashion,
My life is for the art that is my greatest passion.
