Chapter 1
You left me behind,
Where did you go?
You’re everything,
That I need, though.
And though others know,
And others say,
You’re everyone,
On every day.
And when I turned,
And saw you there,
May gaze changed,
To a longing stare.
To a hated eye,
My mind wandered.
And all my thoughts,
Were left un-pondered.
But now you’re back.
I love you so.
You’re all I need.
You’re all I know.
