I was playing with the watercolor pencils I got from Cherry for Christmas.  ...Without the water.

This was all done with the pencils.  No sketching, well, okay a little, but with the pencils.  Not a graphite regular old pencil like I usually do.

Isn't he pretty?  :innocent:  His name's Len.  I designed him.  I wuv him.  He's a Time Mage, and Xan's best friend (see Xan Sketches, in mah gallery.)

Done with Reeves Watercolor pencils, and a lot of erasers.  xD  And time.  Lots and lots of TIME.  Oh, and I edited a bit in ArcSoft Photo Studio.  :)  Saturated it, cropped it, rotated it.  And erased some stuff that wasn't supposed to be there.

I have those exact same pencils! Be warned, they don't work well wet on printer paper. But on good heavy watercolor paper they kick butt! ^_^

Yeah, that's why I didn't use water. I didn't want to screw up the paper, and then the whole drawing. Slant But I have used them on thicker sketchpad paper with water. They work lovely! Smile

      Hug Thanks for the comments!
