Glow WIP

WIP woo x3 yeah. I was bored and used OC1 earlier at Tor's~ This is all I did x3; I'll do more later in OC4.5 or something :3 Not big, but pretty~ makes me happy so far. I'll fix some of my glow stuffs but this is just the first stage anyway x3 I only worked about 20 or so minutes on this x3;
