I found a picture of Aubrey Schatz (18) in a local newspaper. I didn't know who she was but I liked her sitting poster. Hence I started drawing her. However, I didn't complete it until I was sitting at my friend's apartment waiting for him to bring home this one girl that he had a crush on (they're together now) from the hospital. She fell off the skateboard and fractured her tooth. I titled it: Waiting for Kathy. It reflected on me drawing to escape reality while waiting for my friend who fractured her tooth. Now, after a year of friendship, we realized we weren't compatible at all, so I renamed it.
This is extraordinary. You took alot of time and put an incredible amount of detail into it. The story behind is cool too. It's nice to see another artist who puts their emotions into their work. Great job.
Thank you BogusRed. I feel that there's something wrong with her posture still. Maybe it was because I set out to draw with the posture in mind. I'll try to scan some more stuffs when time permits.
