Isabelle Maria: Design Sheet

I somehow skipped over this one while uploading my old work from DA.

Another assignment from my junior year Computer Illustration class: create a mock two page sketchbook spread of an original character using Photoshop. This isn't a real sketchbook at all, obviously... it's actually a scan of one of the covers of my brown sketchbook with the binding from another sketchbook added in and sketches and text compiled from several pages from yet another sketchbook. I learned a new painting technique with this project, too, which I love to itty bitty pieces. It doesn't show up TOO well on this because of the size, but it makes it look more like a paintbrush. It finally made me understand what some of you guys do with Photoshop.

Don't pay attention to the writing. It's purely for effects and doesn't actually serve an artistic purpose. And that's not just my opinion; it's how the prof explained it. lol

So yeah... Isabelle Maria.
