OLD WIP: Cops and Robbers

This still isn't completed, after sitting on my harddrive for ages. D: Several people are missing/haven't been finished yet, and I still have yet to actually get around to CGing it. Argh! I am lame.

They're a group of robbers, and I was going to draw the cops in this crazy story, but as you can see..never happened.

Anyways, they're named for months. In order: April, November, March, July, August, October, May, June, and December.
