Opposites - self portrait #4

And yet another me.

Writing for those interested/curious (diary entries, excuse the weirdness):

"What drives us to do the things we do? How are we so motivated to choose one thing over another? Why, for instance, did someone such as I, who is so musicaly inclined, choose to take Fine Arts in drawing and painting rather than something musical?... I certainly had the choice. So why, then, did I steer my life this way? I have to wonder at what I do."

Wink I have a LOT of art up on this sight, Greg. Over fifty of them.. And you guys up at the forum haven't seen at least half of it.... Mainly because I don't like crowding places to promote myself. I show you guys things I really need help on, or am very proud of, for the most part... Since, after all, it is a forum! Big Smile

      Thanks again, hun.

hurm? I call people 'luv' and 'hun' regularly. It's just the way I talk. I do it in person, too. Ponder Sorry! Laughing

Actually, this is two years old. I used to do this all the time, as incoporating writing into my sketches was a requirement. I decided to incorporate it artistically.

Fantastic work my friend, it makes me curious though. What medium is this? I'm dying to know.
    • Jul 12, 2005, 11:09:03 PM UTC
chalk pastel, my friend. I believe it was a fairly cheap brand called Nupastel, but I'm not sure anymore. I still have them, but I need the chance to use them on a larger surface for my fantasy art.

I know what you mean. I've had an entire set of watercolor paints I have yet to use also.

Wink They will all get used at some point or another. Eventually you will be in the mood to experiment again!
