Growing Heart

^_^

For SO LONG, I've only done Inuyasha fanfics and fanart.  Well, no more!  I've expanded!  First, I did that NANA piece.  Now...

Kyou and Tohru!!!

Honestly, I think I love these guys more than InuYasha and Kagome (but prolly not more than Sesshoumaru and Kagome, hehe.  Nothing can top that!)

If you've never seen them, Tohru (the girl) and Kyou (bishie) are from Fruits Basket.  Furuba is an anime, but more importantly it's a manga.  An addictive one.  So much drama.  And, this manga (for those of you that like shoujo) is SHIPPING HEAVEN!!!!!  I can count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.... at LEAST 6 pairs right now, and they are CANON!  The funny thing is, hardly any of them are couples yet!  Just a bunch of crushes!  I love it.

And again, the pose isn't mine.  But the artwork is.  I got this from one of my favorite scenes in the manga.  Tohru and Kyo are at Shishou's house, and Kyo sees a mark on the wall that he used to be afraid of because it looked like a face.  Tohru comforts him and touches it.  Kyo comes up behind her and embraces her, touching the wall marking at the same time...

--------------------------

On to the crappy art...  This probably took me about 3 hours.  I know, I know, there are A LOT of things wrong here, mainly with proportions.  Like Tohru's head... it's too small.  But her body is small too...  T-T  I just didn't want to do it over.  So yeah, I'm aware of the mistakes (most of them are with Tohru, sadly...).  Again, the pic is crappy because I had to take a photo until the scanner is running again...  o_O
