Cieco - WIP

A WIP of an old naga character of mine. I'm redrawing him because it's what my roommate/best friend requested. She said after I finish it that she'll help me out with anything....even making me dinner xD Yes! Hopefully I can color this in soon....right after I get better (I'm currently sick xP)

I've always adored your naga characters, sweetling. x3 <3 Cieco and Polaris the most, buuut...well, it's easy to see why. *Snicker.*
