Nice pose... Wouldn't this be considered fanart, though, since you are using the copyrighted clothing of an anime? Just curious... o.o

  but its not totally the same outfits, their is some difference!
  but im just too lazy to find a categorie everytime, so i just use the same all the time...

  ...To me it's just cheating the original author a bit, since those are his designs (the Uchiha symbol, for instance, and the headband...)
  It's not completely "original art"...
  But that's not my decision.
