Done while I was in the clutches of a horrible artist block sometime back.

He kind reminds me of the Drow Elfves in D&D

        And no prob.

wow look at all the detail! I love all the clothing details you've put on this one. His left arm doesn't look quite right though. It doesn't look forshortened as it should. If you fix that area this would make a good piece for your portfolio.

Are you reading my mind? Almost every pic of mine you've critiqued and commented on has been almost exactly what how I feel about them. The arm on this one has always been a thorn in my side and haunts me everytime I see this. *looking around house for hidden cameras and microphones, lol*

*sigh* Even your artist's block pictures are post-worthy. I love you, Mr. Muse.

Hey! Just exactly who is the muse here. It should be I who commpliments you!

      Thank you Robin.

**grin* Muses give ideas, not just compliments, my dear. Your drawings are full of inspiration, whether they be old or new.

Wow this is so cool...this is a product of 'artist block'? ha! that's hard to believe. Excelent job on the shading... awesome job Dennis! Smile

I send to you a very appreciative thank you. At the time my artist block was really in full swing and this took almost a month to finish.

Ooooh.an elven thief. Very well done, Dennis...as always. You have a knack for shading. You never fail to amaze me in how well you do your artwork.
    • Jul 23, 2005, 2:48:55 AM UTC
Thank you, the shading at this time wasn't that great back then but I think you can see how I was really trying to work on it. You flatter me greatly with your compliments.

Man, I think you should get in a slump more often Lloyd. ^_^ He is wonderful to look at. Not only is he completely gorgeous, but you have put so many minute details in this drawing that really bring it to life. I love the little bags hanging all off of his body. Who knows what little trinkets he may have inside. Laughing This is awesome Lloyd. As always.

Thank you my LadyAnime. When I drew all of the little pouches and such I was trying to imagine the items inside them which is why your comment really suprised me. We must be on the same wavelength. Eerie isn't it?
      • Jul 23, 2005, 11:44:20 AM UTC
Yes, quite eerie, Lloyd dear. Laughing I guess we just come from the same mold. ^_^ Except I am a little different as far as anatomy goes. Laughing

I think this one is on your Elfwood page, too! I like it there and here. Big Smile I think my favourite part is his hair, for whatever reason I don't know... it's just really cool looking. It's long, and in a ponytail, but still masculine. Smile

Thank you Sarah! This one is in my other gallery, thank you for noticing. That hair has gotten compliments before and it makes me wish I had his hair, lol. Though I doubt if i'd have the same impact, hehe.
