An OC in my and *lilrockfreekshow 's current rp!

I guess this is him as head Adviser ,because the elite staff wears those shoulder things. The underling staff isn't allowed.

To be Head Adviser Jigoku must be King. Right now Ryoko is still alive in the rp, so "Rage" is the Head Adviser because she's the queen's adviser.

I knew i wanted the pants black, but i didn't know about the top. They're allowed to wear different style ,and different colors of uniform ,like that so it doesn't matter.

Charles has white hair...i donno how to shade white very well, as you can see.

Charles with made by both of us. *lilrockfreekshow plays him ,in the rp. I give him a few things here and there. The biggest thing a gave him was elemental wind powers.
