There are things within us and around us, that we will always question. Things we will always wonder about. The "what if" and the "why", concepts and ideals that no one for sure can say they truly know. These questions lead us, though the answers are unknown. Such is the journey of life. Ever do we learn, ever do we wonder, and always are we amazed by each new day. The rising and setting of the sun comes and goes, and with it, life. Some will not wake to greet a new day, others will be born into one. Hand in hand does it go, a great circle that encompasses us all. When is our time, we know not, but that day... that moment when our existance ends; there is freedom.
The soul seperates from the body, the universe embraces us and all is lain before you. The unity of Heaven and Earth, darkness and light become one; all things we thought to be so different... we realize are nearly the same. All the knowledge held within the mind releases, the body returns from which it came, and the soul finds peace. To where each soul may go is different to those whom believe in an afterlife. Perhaps it is a place full of loved ones long passed and awaiting with open arms, maybe a new life entirely as someone different, or maybe... a place beyond the stars.
A place that holds a memory so bittersweet, a place where one left their heart. It is there that your peace is waiting, it is there you shall rest; but it is here in my heart you will forever remain...
